Saluut
is a graded, 100 day performance tested Holstein stallion and
International Grand Pric jumper. Saluut received excellent
marks in his Dutch performance test and was graded at the highest
level. He is also graded at the highest level with the SHB(GB),
BWBS and AES. It is widely acknowledged that Saluut would
also have been equally successful as a dressage horse.

Saluut's
sire Ronald has produced a large number of offspring
successful in international dressage and jumping. Ramiro
(himself a Grand Prix jumper with Frits Ligges) is legendary.
He is the sire of the medal winning mares Ratina Z and
Rinnetou Z and is probably found in the pedigrees of
international competition horses more often than any other sire.
He yet again, heads the overall World Breeders Federation rankings.
Saluut's dam line is also very good, being line bred
to the T.B. Cottage Son through both Valine and
Consul. Consul is the sire of Granat, the
most successful dressage horse of the early 1980's, and great
grand sire of Corlandus, dressage Olympic Silver Medallist.
